     It is super annoying. I am going to try a bunch of other distros on my new laptop to find a less stinkybuttholish distro than Ubuntu. Or even Debian.

     I don't see a reason to distro hop.
     
     Arch has matured a lot though in the last 7 years. Used to be constantly broke but now seems reasonably usable for someone with a bit of experience.
     
     I've been using Debian/ubuntu base for the last 13 though, so. You know.
