   @dabertime @JustFrank as long as we understand it's *social* media and not journal media, that's fine.

   Most don't realize though and keep yelling at people who reply.

   Very strange behavior.

     Although it can often feel like talking to ourselves, posting on social media can be like thinking out loud, an opportunity to sort out thoughts, feelings;
     To vent about things we have little control over;
     And by expressing them here, they lose power over us and we better understand ourselves.
