I want to keep myself alive in relative comfort as best as I can, but also fight for the rebellion and those most impacted by the empire of chaos and inequity.
The challenge being I don't have much energy these days. Some days less than none.
Although on borrowed time in my mind, I'm not done. I use my energy cautiously. Selectively. On things that matter.
If I use it on me and the fight, I risk failing at both. A moral dilemma we all face to some degree.

I had a friend in highschool who needed support and a place to live if he was to complete highschool. I asked my parents if we might be able to offer that support and it happened without hesitation. We were definitely not wealthy.
Looking back on this years later, I realized how much that cost, but more importantly how much it taught both my friend and I about looking out for others and being kind.
Philosophical, sometimes facetious contemplations on life and the human condition, black holes, time travel, and of course, tree pictures.๐formerly rebelliousDB @ angrybirdsite#Humour #Photography #Nature #ChronicPain #ChronicIllness #Health #Science #Community #Education #Equity #Sustainability #Mindfulness
