Source of some years old mystery pain and health issues that often could not be duplicated in examination have taken on a new perspective in light of recent cardiac events.
My Neurologist agrees. So much so that I am stopping some medications to establish a new baseline over the next couple months.
Should be interesting.

Oh, and he was also surprised that I survived, but seemed pleased. 🙂

Twenty-eight days.

Today, it is exactly four weeks since I died.

Okay, maybe I didn't technically die, or maybe I did, I don't really know..
I do know that I did have a cardiac arrest and got CPR for three minutes before getting the defibrillator paddles twice and reawakening to a familiar, but somehow altered reality.

Waking up each day hits different now.

Good morning.

My internet provider phoned to give me a hard time for not paying my bill.
I apologized and explained that it was neither intentional or an oversight. I had been in hospital basically recovering from death.
The service agent then apologized to me and wished me well.
I still owed the penalty fees though. 😒

Well, I survived another heart event last night. I think that they broke a rib.
Anyway my heart is in chaos, and it's still a minute by minute situation, but if they can stabilize it enough and long enough, I will have surgery, a pacemaker, and a whole new palette of medications by the end if the week.

If not, it's been an hell of ride.

Decided not to go to the hospital last night due to the snow warning and dangerous road conditions.

Just as well, as I would likely be coming home about now anyway without any resolution and feeling even more exhausted.
