     Not if you alter your admissions process and criteria to favor black candidates. Take out the swimming test and and add a blind taste test between Church’s and Popeye’s

     @sun @warmbeverageenjoyer @lain No, it's illegal to discriminate by race. Well, they do it anyway, by discriminating against Asians in particular. But technically a decision-making in admissions according to race is a crime.
