     @mrsaturday @coolboymew I'd also expect that but somehow there's quite very few art in the 2.5_jigen_no_ririsa tag alone. (101 on :Danbooru: , 213 on gel).
     
     That said most surprising to me in current season is vtuber_nandaga_haishin_kiriwasuretara_densetsu_ni_natteta somehow having only 15 images on :Danbooru: and somehow the only lewd ones are the guest_art.

     Also it's an ecchi series, which is never too popular with Japanese artists somehow. Western artists usually keep them more alive than anyone else

     But unfortunately like everything else, general fan and hentai artists fell to the meta like anyone else. Japan has their own Patreon clones, making good art also makes it more likely you're chosen and paid big bucks by companies to quietly push new characters costumes
     
     I recall seeing a Japanese comment on Twitter saying that there were clearly scheduled tweets of a chara costume that was delayed and not yet released and seen yet some arts were suspiciously out...

     @coolboymew @mrsaturday Patreon clone reminds me that the only ones I subscribed to on fanbox until recently* are lewd artists which usually do original art, rather than the sort of gacha art-spam I sometimes see on Pixiv.

     One I might try though is chigusa minori (yuri female artist) as it seems like her lewd art is fanbox exclusive.
