     @Tony i dont even like any of the food i'm eating anymore, i cant afford to mix it up, drinking and shit doesn't do shit for me, i'm going insane in these four walls but i feel trapped here. probably the loneliness is eating me up the hardest but i dont really feel like i have anybody.... i have two people visiting me over the course of a month from now lined up rn so i have to live for that atleast i guess, i mean the later one bought tickets and stuff

     Almost all gym ppl are super nice, there's literally no social environment less intimidating than the gym, nobody will care what you're doing unless you act totally pants on head retarded. I know you've never been to the gym tho so I can understand why you have these neurotic anxieties in your head.

     @Tony @faggotracist1488 @bot Gyms were already bad in the old days, but they've been just nonstop tense awkwardness ever since women were allowed in.
     
     Home gym is the way. Adjustable dumbbells, pullup bar, ab roller, maybe a few other smaller things and you're good to go. The biggest thing most people these days fail to do is CARDIO. They think lifting weight will shave the fat off but it just doesn't.

     I've been to gyms before and gym bros are generally pretty nice, once you've gone one time that's usually enough to deal with anxiety issues related to going to a gym.
