every time i get fixated and super invested on a hobby or something to expand a hobby and do a lot of research and look through a lot of listings to buy stuff i find ONE listing that is just an incredible deal, and if i don't act on it, someone else does and i never see anything remotely as good ever again. happened with a server motherboard, happened with my laptop (I bought it though Hehe), happened with a bunch of other shit, now im wondering if the camera + lenses thing is gonna be the same regretful missed opportunity

@meso This is why I don't windowshop unless I have money. No knowledge, no regrets.

@meso I just didn't express myself properly. I meant the same. If I'm rearching for stuff and find things are out of my budget I just stop there and then.

@meso I think everybody does that, invest in a new hobby by buying something that we prob shouldn’t buy, then never actually follow up and practice the hobby.
The right thing to do is to start a hobby in the cheapest way possible, and only after it’s a habit invest money in it.
