     @krnlg @Sempf @catsalad I love Scarfolk so much. I have several of their posters, their line of beer mats, and more. Just... obsessed. It captures a part of the British experience so well.

     @krnlg @Sempf @catsalad @Richard_Littler it's really hard to explain. It's one of those vibes that comes with a lot of cultural exposure. Let's just say that poster is something you could easily imagine being posted outside Arthur Dent's house in Hitchhikers Guide

     @tsiolkovsky @krnlg @Sempf @catsalad @Richard_Littler I'm sure you're right, but I haven't read either of those, and I also knew Hitchhikers is a really broad touchstone that makes satire of local council politics, so it felt like an easy one to reach for.
