Make laws where, when people profited from an illegal act, they lose all the money made during that period plus and additional fine that was a percentage of those gains.
Corporations are people, corporations should spend time in jail (figuratively), pay fines, lose rights if convicted (including the ability to make political donations) until they've paid their dues financially and in time.
Boards and C-level exec should be held accountable and lose the ability to hold those positions in future companies.
This applies to price gouging during a pandemic.
If people really gave a shit about capitalism, then they'd make and enforce laws that reduced the chances that corporations would do anti-consumer bullshit.
Capitalism won't survive the current state of "profit no matter what". While I'm ok with that to a certain extent, I'm also not ready for the pending complete collapse of the economy because I just don't have enough ammo.
