   All I hear is, “I’m siding with the fascists and support their policies but we are doing it for completely different philosophical reasons.”

     Look, I understand the ethical position, but as a Progressive, I hate it

     To you, voting 3rd party is an act of courage and moral purity, and I really do understand that
     To me, voting 3rd party simply advantages the most fascist candidate because it drains votes from the least fascist candidate, and it results in the worst outcomes.

     To you, the intent matters most, and to me the outcomes matter most
