   Every couple years I try to use Lektor because it seems like the most interesting static CMS. And every time it fails.
   
   Here it is, failing to render its own templates.

     @Zergling_man @sun for real tho.

     I used to use whatever the python one was, then Hugo, and now I just use Go's html/template stdlib and do it myself.

     I found that doing it myself was almost always less time consuming than trying to learn some behemoth static-site generator.

     Oh, you can't use templating inside fields. Only inside themes and pages. That sucks.
