   I used to have a liter bike, but going 110+ MPH on public roads just to hear/feel it sing just didn’t seem right to me after doing it for a while.

   I’m plenty happy going 80-100 MPH on my CBR650R, and so is the bike. :blobfox3c: #motorcycle

     That said, I'm not a fan of middleweight parallel-twin sportbikes. I don't want a ton of torque near idle kicking me in the ass (unless I'm very gradual with letting out the clutch), and the sound just isn't my style. They also feel kind of gutless at the top. :blobfoxgooglycry:

     My Bonneville T120 is nice because it has enough torque (thanks to its larger displacement) and adequate gearing to really hoon on if you push it. :blobfoxcomfy:

     What's the point if you need electronic nannies to make the bike rideable? With only 94 crankshaft horsepower, my CBR650R's cable throttle is plenty adequate.

     I also rarely trigger its ABS because I know how to use my brakes (but I'm glad to have it just in case). :blobfoxgoogly:

     @tk@bbs.kawa-kun.com i love feeling abs when i crunch it too hard xD it's not nearly as good as my edge braking, tho.
     
     i love throttle by wire. it makes all sorts of other stuff practically free if the mfr chooses to. like cruise control.

     @purple I do sometimes miss cruise control on my CBR, but the Throttle Rocker and foam grip covers solve most of the hand problems.
