     He had kind of a plan last time but the entire government except for the CPB workers fought to disrupt that plan.
     
     Right now no plan will survive the permanent bureaucracy either -- but he talked with Musk about some kind of office of government efficiency.
     
     That is interesting in theory at least, because it is a route to kick out the people that are intentionally dragging their feet or doing malicious compliance.
     
     We again have no idea what is going to happen - but all we can talk about is where the overton window is. And that is Vance is talking about mass deportations, and they are talking about a way of firing federal faggots.

It's one thing to put hope in promises, but he's already served a term, he demonstrated that all these promises are outright lies, that he has neither the will nor the ability to implement them.
