But doing 3d assets, coding html and css? In this market something like that deserves a minimum of 40, probably 50.

20-30 years ago you were either a print media artist or a digital artist. CGI was a whole other level reserved for Hollywood. I was an anomaly and stood out because I could do CMYK or RGB designs. Then, you were either a 2D or 3D artist. Again, trying to stay ahead of the curve, but eventually 3D modelers were expected to do light scripting as part of the rigging or animation process.
When 3D art became huge from videogames, you were either a modeler, a rigger, or an animator. The companies only focused on each individual talent. Then, it became the work of three people for a single person, like all jobs have become. The past several years it's become necessary to do web design, coding with multiple languages, video editing, 3D assets instead of just doing a logo.
Now you have to maintain the websites assets after the job is finished in perpetuity and be an audio engineer, as well as set up the backend accounts for the merch which you also design, and create the framework for mobile and desktop. It's not just a jack of all trades learning multiple software suites and coding languages, it's basically everything EXCEPT artwork. A graphic artist now does the work of an entire studio twenty years ago.
