@transgrammaractivist I know exactly how they decide prices because I've spent time talking to a guy who did exactly that for 20 years. I'm not going to waste my time telling you about it because there is no use.

Can you imagine how hard it is to sell fresh food and make a profit. I can't plan my refrigerator load of fresh food correctly half the time I can't imagine how slim it is when you are selling for profit.
Add in thieving niggers and it is a nightmare.
Price controls will mean you get wonder bread and low quality peanut butter and oreos and first 1000 people that week get moldy potatoes.
I can't believe this was an actual conversation

@sickburnbro @transgrammaractivist Yeah his "How do you think they decide their prices?" is one degree separated from "power comes from the light socket" (i.e. "a process I can not come close to understanding must be very, very simple because otherwise I wouldn't understand it")

@Jonaschuzzlewit @EvilSandmich @transgrammaractivist On top of this you have to account for losses due to stuff not arriving in saleble form. You can't choose to reject the top 2 watermelons in the gaylord, for instance.
