@joey @mametsuko @sun that too, but also treadmills just don't give you the same strain. On a treadmill, all you effectively do is keep your centre of mass in the same place, while running requires propelling it forwards.
I knew this girl who claimed she could run 8 miles on a treadmill, but she almost crashed after less than a mile outside.dilbert 1 likes this. -
