   🇦🇿🥴 Putin arrived in Azerbaijan

   ❗️One of the items on the agenda of the bilateral meeting is the supply of Russian gas to Azerbaijan. This is, in fact, an open discussion of the possible circumvention of sanctions.

     Did Putin send No. 5 to Baku?

     And yes, it is to circumvent the sanctions, because Azerbaijan already produces 963,746,350 MMcf of gas annually. Unless they have a gas addiction crisis to feed, this gas is mainly exported.

     I'm sure they'll export the Russian gas as well. Perhaps not to Europe, but elsewhere.

     they buy cheap russian gas and export expensive azeri gas.
     as the emirates do with oil.

     There doesn't seem to be one directly from Russia (there is an oil pipeline):
