When I was a young teen I often went to the discos in NYC. It was legal back then. We should follow the sentencing guidelines for his charges whatever they may be. Given the severity of his crimes, lack of remorse, refusal to accept responsibility of his actions, and likelihood of recidivism if given a chance, the maximum possible sentence seems justified, though.
