     @sun @ElDeadKennedy Most ROMs have gapps included or easily installable. However I'd reconsider if you actually need them. For example none of my apps require them. I have microG installed, but everything's turned off since none of the APIs/features are used.

     @hj Is good until you brick it by following their support page instructions and you get charged double what was quoted to fix it. The fix is a 15-minute job as I've done it on a OnePlus Nord using factory tools.

     @hj Sure, I mistakenly locked the bootloader after installing the stock ROM. What I didn't appreciate was being charged 60€ for a 30€ quote.

     @hj Wouldn't load fastboot either. Like I've said, I know how to fix it using the factory tools but Fairphone doesn't provide them.
