     @lns @jbaggs @dangoodin The first two cases can patch it to enable smaller keys (I patch OpenSSL to bypass safety features for some of my own projects), the third case isn't legitimate.

     @lns @jbaggs @dangoodin I'm fairly sure that there are no countries at this point that restrict key size.
