     @Victor_Emmanuel @chris They're using their "misinformation" tools to flag genuine photos as edits because edits exist. Obviously this is an extremely exploitable problem, which surprises no one given the way they've used disnifo and misinfo flags in the past.

     Going forward this is not going to change, misinformation is here to stay forever.
     
     Maybe an "immutable image format" can help. Once you save a copy, the timestamp is saved with it?
     
     I know, this theory is full of holes and I am not a coder to make intelligent recommendations - but there is an antidote to forgery in image files, we just need to identify one then develop one.
     
     All I can do is to inform about "immutable" storage, to show how desperately we need people to demand their uses from officials.

     Precisely my point, part of the shakeout is that the political criminals invent criminal technologies and the rest of us must invent the countermeasures.
     
     Even the EFF - they are full of pedos, of course they "fight" for privacy! There is no greater motivation to fight for privacy than hiding your stash of kiddieporn. Even when its not a fact its logically sound argument.
     
     We also see Wikipedia turning super-activist, its diametrically opposite of immutable - you simply cannot read the same text twice/
     
     The political criminals invented "conspiracy theory" to try and destroy what was known before as "valid suspicion".

     I am creating #TheRON, which is "The Residential Owner-operated Network". Is is all about authenticity, authority, accountability and credibility.
     
     Nobody represents your best personal interest than you - unless of course you are an activist of some kind like a Communist or an Environmentalist. In those cases you are your own worst enemy.
     
     Suremark Digital is a Corporation. No corporation is trustworthy, because everyone has a price and large corporations maybe betrayed by a single individual (ransomware attacks are nearly 100% internal hit jobs).
     
     #TheRON does not tolerate paradoxes, and a trustworthy corporation is a paradox.
