     @flandrescarlet @Jain @susie basically it's distilled water to get the minerals out (so the water becomes about as non-conductive as it will get) and then they mix in some additives to make it anti-bacterial and non-corrosive and such so the liquid doesn't fuck up the insides of your water cooling blocks.
     
     So yes in a sense it's mostly water, but to call it water is like saying coca-cola is water.
