Statistics, as always, are structural.
If MGH can be in 16-month unprecedented crisis w/out ever topping 100% reported capacity, imagine degree of crisis in hospitals ≥100%.
That said, HHS data didn't include ED patients awaiting inpatient beds—as of May, we don't even have HHS data.

Influenza-like illness high in Cape Coral/Ft Myers, FL (pretty much pings all year round); moderate in Jackson, Mississippi (has been top three for months now).
Houston/Woodlands/Sugar Land data again, pinging on week-old chart, having shown green for same period week ago.
