Otherwise dense moderate to dark green east of Mississippi. Mostly white along lower 100°W, with some shades of Dakotas into Nebraska, into eastern Texas, picking up with larger green counties further west, with patches green from New Mexico to southern California, central/north Colorado into western Montana.
