        Bacha bazi
        Bacha bāzī (Persian: بچه بازی, lit. 'boy play') is a practice in which men (sometimes called bacha baz) buy and keep adolescent boys (sometimes called dancing boys) for entertainment and sex. According to Wikipedia, the new regime has declared it officially forbidden, so it has definitely been stopped, right? Some people running a government in Kabul can tell some warlords in the mountains what to do. I mean, that wasn't the entire problem with the US occupation, right?
