     @serpentroots Small Tech is the exact opposite of Big Tech. VC is the fuel of Big Tech. There is nothing “little” about startups. “Little Tech” is a bullshit billionaire public relations attempt. A startup is a temporary business that either scales exponentially and exits or fails.

     Startups are the long tail of the ouroboros that is Big Tech.

     @aral it's ironic he rails against government at the same time as saying he is friends with anyone supporting small tech when the number one, no-strings-attached funder of startups is government grants. Show me a VC that will give you money because it's good for society.
