   Got very excited when I saw @protonprivacy had launched Proton wallet. Got a bit less excited when I saw it was just bitcoin.

   If the wallet could start supporting some other (ideally fiat) currencies, and potentially become a replacement for Google Wallet, then that would be a good reason to be excited.

     Looks like a nice wallet \ services. But if I want privacy I'd use Monero to be honest.
     But still - it looks like a solid bitcoin wallet.

     @stigatle @protonprivacy There is already a suggestion to use Monero on proton user voice - might come along in future.

     @saluki We may seek to add fiat currency capabilities in the future, this requires a Swiss banking license and is, therefore, not possible today.
