   I just watched a video of a baby boomer being interviewed where she talks about how she worked as a nurse, bought a house at 23 for 65,000 just by ‘saving up’ without any support, and how she now regularly buys and sells multi million dollar properties.
   
   God I hate them.

     @matty @Aether someone recently said boomers are either millionares or massively in debt with no inbetween, because either it was stupidly easy to make mildly good financial choices and end up on top, or be such a failure you couldn't make it.
     
     This is why there are stories of boomers that have 3 ex-wives and still have a decent nest egg - they made tons of mistakes, but still had a little financial acumen, so didn't end up dirt poor.
