@TrevorGoodchild @GoyGirl @graf Reagan was quite someone, who the right wing mainstream misrepresents a lot, that I have noticed.
Though it goes back to how much shit the Democrats must have been, that Reagan got the nod.

He was George Bush's puppet. George Bush was the head glownigger.

Algorithm medicine, like the movie Idiocracy. My favorite. NOOOOT 😜
ER's are definitely not hasty places anymore, though. True.

@GoyGirl @graf ERs in the United States are required by federal law to provide a medical screening exam and treatment for critical health conditions, if necessary, to literally anyone who walks through the door. Regardless of ability to pay or citizenship status. It's called 'EMTALA' and it is what is known as an 'unfunded mandate', which basically means that the hospitals are told to suck it up and eat the costs. Passed in the 1980s by conservatard superhero Ronnie Raygun.
In practice this means that Juanita and Laquisha use their local ER as a free combined primary and pediatric health care clinic. Not sure about Canada but now you know at least part of what is contributing to US ER wait times

@graf This is why 'walk-in' clinics, aka 'doc-in-a-box', became a thing stateside. And spread like wildfire in suburban settings

@mord The toxic effects of medical conglomerates and health care networks on their surrounding communities are also another disgusting consequence of the Amerikwan sickcare cartel.
This is exactly why anti-trust laws were first written

@mord @GoyGirl @graf This is exactly what happens over and over again in the US. White families who have assets, documents, homes, credit scores they care about, and guilt about owing money get ruined by hospital bills. Niggers and spics just wipe their ass with the bill and/or disappear.
Don't ever feel bad for a hospital BTW. They write it off as "charity care" and they're all so bloated with worthless administrators they clearly have money to waste.

Make no mistake, I feel nothing but hatred for said hospital. They probably own 25% of the commercial property in the city so they are everywhere and were the driving force behind getting some series of laws written in the state that prevent any new doctors providing a service if there is already enough 'coverage', giving themselves a virtual monopoly on the entire area.
To top it off, the other hospital older than them can't get quality staff so it's almost a death sentence going there, forcing everyone to use the behemoth.

My wife's cousin works in billing for the local mega hospital, and she was telling us a story yesterday how she was dealing with an illegal who racked up over $200k during a stay that originated in the ER. After said illegal was denied Medicaid coverage on the bill, the hospital just wrote off the entire balance because they had no social security number so no way to do collections.
Same company that just handed off the entirety of their call center employees to some Mexican company to cut down costs.

the only way out is through.
My biggest disagreement with Dread, other than Christ being king, is that anything significant can be salvaged. he thinks he can make a good WN movie and the normies will toss the jews. This won’t happen and it won’t fix things if it does. we have to start over.

@AmonMaritza I'm open to whatever option, but I like to explain consequences so that people don't complain that no one told them it would take so long or get this bad.
They still complain later but I at least gave the warning.

@AmonMaritza I will always support Whites being a nigger to this pig system. There will unfortunately be severe second and third order effects from that, however. Mainly related to ER coverage and the final death of US private practice medical groups.

I think Biden just said no one has to pay small medical bills anymore.

@TrevorGoodchild @AmonMaritza the problem is that we have anarcho-tyranny - rules will be enforced VIOLENTLY against whites, so you are often signing people up for a police state blender when this is suggested.
On top of it, normie whites see SOMEONE being punished for abusing the system and like it.

@AmonMaritza @TrevorGoodchild Since Trump isn't trying to be the gay "muh budget" republican, there are a lot of options that could ease the suffering of white people. The only question is can it get done.
This country is so anti-white, I think NO .. but TSC literally shutting down their DEI shit during pride month makes me think the possibility has shifted to 1%, and there is a current in the right direction.

@sickburnbro @AmonMaritza This is also what I was trying to get at. Just because Paco doesn't have to pay his 250k hospital bill doesn't mean Joe Sixpack will get the same leniency. Something to keep in mind.

If you have a big bill and money/stuff, they are going to get you. $1,000 here and there isn’t worth the trouble of collecting. Now it doesn’t go on your credit report either.

@mjdigspigs @AmonMaritza @TrevorGoodchild VP is about either securing voting blocks or like Kamamamamla, putting someone in so odious they won't depose you.
My suggestion has been to treat this transitionally, because that's the only way you can get something from the US government in 2024.

@mjdigspigs @AmonMaritza @TrevorGoodchild I am a man of my word, and if he promises to pardon Ricky Vaughn, I'll vote for him.
I could possibly add something else to the transaction, but that's good for now.

@mjdigspigs @AmonMaritza @TrevorGoodchild Note that I think this is ACTUALLY a very very doable and simple thing to do. Not only is it no skin off his back, but it also sends a powerful signal to the commies.

@TrevorGoodchild @AmonMaritza Do you have any advice on where to go if you need serious medical care for a life threatening condition?
-

@bloggerski @AmonMaritza Your closest ER, still. Time is life and the US system is actually geared towards emergency salvage of all organ systems, particularly with regards to cardiac/airway issues and polytrauma. The advantage of having complex imaging systems plus angiography available almost everywhere plus a decent on-call system

@TrevorGoodchild @AmonMaritza To expand on that question, are you better off calling an ambulance rather than walking in to emergency in a true life threatening situation? I had a relative who had a stroke sit in an er with 200 over 100 BP for 45 mins waiting to be admitted and ive heard similar stories from other people. I'm sure its something that's really location dependent but from what I know if you need med treatment right now you're better off calling an ambulance but you are the expert on this subject.
