This one really needs a much more suitable frame, better lighting, and possibly a slight adjustment to levels & contrast before I attempt to get it printed again.
It means a lot to me and I really love the art itself. I hope that having it on display will help me remember to do it justice with printing & framing
Pegboard up on the wall behind my desk. Now thst some of them are on display, I realise that my office supplies are nowhere near bright & cheerful enough. So I'll make that look cuter over time as I replace items.
Assembled a trolley from IKEA that will eventually hold some craft projects & tools that I'm most likely to want close at hand.
But for now it just has my knitting needle organiser and a couple of cushions.
(Eventually the cushions will live on the couch, and I might acquire a big cute basket for extra cushions & throw blankets)
There's no natural light in this end of the flat. Maybe this mirror will bounce some light into the bathroom opposite?? I don't know how light works, I failed physics
@lookitmychicken your gallery wall looks really cool!! 😍😍 i love seeing how other people go about the presentation of their artworks because boy howdy i sure have many of those, too, and i'm always looking for inspiration 🥰
@lookitmychicken oh that's a great idea i bet it would look amazing with a yellow background! 😍 and i don't think there is a "too much" when it's something like this that gives us happiness 😉 lean into it!
@alightbuthappypen oh please don't apologise! I love it so much. I know a little bit about how to optimise for better printing, so I think I can end up with a physical print that does your art justice.
Its current frame is really not doing the art any favours. It was just a frame I had on hand that was roughly the right size.
