1) mrna vaccines *are* a type of vaccine 2) it works as a vaccine to *reduce* excess death 3) there's a 3 year gap between those two pictures *where vaccine escape occurred*
@jeffcliff 1. Maybe, but I don't think we're close to ready. 2. Just admit that it's a piss poor "vaccine" dude. 3. Vaccine escape was near instant per Doc and info that's came out, because efficacy was super low and a lot more people were asymptomatic than we were initially psyopped into thinking.

the vaccine is fine for a first gen vaccine *if we had bothered to reduce transmission it would have been enough* -- and saved many, many lives and bought time for lots of people to come up with more permanent solutions ( HVAC/air filtration/research into masks/etc ).

the efficacy starts around 99-100% but drops fairly rapidly (given the hundreds of millions of circulating cases). We need wayyy more rapid updates and longer-lasting immunity (which mrna vaccines allow for) if we're going to get this under control in practice though and especially the current vaccines in canada are in bad need of an update

on the contrary it was clear from pretty early(apr 2020 at the latest) that lots of people would be
