It works amazing for some (i taghed dj cause he actually saod creatine wprked for him) and for others it does nothing. Its uaed in short burst energy cycles like weightlifting and sprinting. If ur interested talk to a rep at a suppliment counter about how they think it cpuld possibly fot your routine but i dont waste my time or money on that kinda stuff. It might work but ucan get the same benefits from natural sources or bio hacking

People live vince gironda exist and u can have a great body but they dont show off people like him hes not overexagerated enough. I tell people to look at rock climbers amd swimmers if they want to see what peak physical physique looks like. Itcan be delicious but u do have to adjust your expectations
@Humpleupagus@pernia@dj@MMS21@Hyperhidrosis qhen u learn about proper form and time under tension, and then u see these weak ass niggas working out and flinging the weights around usimg gravity and doin it with absolutely incorrect form, it becomes apparent that less than 5% of the "ripped" dudes or especially chicks in the gym got to look that way through hard work and proper training. Its all genetics being fed with drugs. Fun fact, thats wy u see em rip muscles and snap bones so much, theyre using exogenous anabolic stimulamts to build more muscle than thier bones or conmective tissues han physically handle, causing the muscles to exert more force than the system can handle
