  @graf @miscbrains @sun @Wiz @mischievoustomato That's exactly what I did on the two W11 machines I run the CAD and lasers from.
  
  Just unplug the Ethernet or disable the network adapter during user setup.
  
  I'm a Mac and Linux guy. Only have win on two machines. There may be an easier way. But this worked for me.

Joe User who just buys a new $350 laptop every time it has a problem is fucking thrilled that his cat pictures moved with him to his new laptop. MS built an OS for a user, that user may not be you, and that's ok.
