Bread up, Bro (sickburnbro@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 24-Jun-2024 08:27:54 JST Bread up, Bro @SuperLutheran I've had so many "oh shit, I guess I overheated the motor for good this time" with it. My dremel is a close second. -

BowserNoodle ☦️ (bowsacnoodle@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 24-Jun-2024 08:29:26 JST BowserNoodle ☦️ @SuperLutheran @sickburnbro The oscillating tool is the little brother to the sawzall that can handle the precision stuff better and do all the crazy nonsense that is legit dangerous with the sawzall. I'm sure you CAN find a way to sand with a sawzall, but why would you when oscillating tools exist? I have a good Makita power sander, and I still use my oscillating multi-tool more for sanding. -

Oliver (oliver@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 24-Jun-2024 11:54:59 JST Oliver @sickburnbro I got this attachment that allows me to use files instead of blades, pretty sure I use it more than actual blades at this point.
It takes files with a hex on the end so when I get bored I can put a phillips head bit in and make cross shaped punctures in things. -

Bread up, Bro (sickburnbro@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 24-Jun-2024 11:54:59 JST Bread up, Bro @oliver that seems like it could be useful, I tend to just use a flap disk in a angle grinder when I need to remove material and need to do enough that a powertool is the way.
