     @icedquinn @sun @scathach You need to use Latex for scientific publications for mainly 2 reasons a) the scientific publishers strict formatting requirements and b) the math equation typesetting. It is true that aside from STEM nobody uses Latex though, but then again the non scientific publications formatting requirements are nearly not as strict than the scientific ones.
