   #America 🇺🇸 thus far is cooperating with Congo, as the latter is considered a key ally in #Africa.

     @schnedan I agree. I am just surprised that these people thought it was a good idea to instigate a coup in a foreign country (then again, people in the US tried to do a coup here, so I probably should not be surprised).

     The fact that US citizens were involved made America 🇺🇸 look bad (the US has a history of instigating coups in Africa via the CIA), so the US will want to ease any fears by cooperating with Congo 🇨🇩.

     @darnell Whats the problem? If they have committed a crime, they need to face whatever sentence it is in that country.
