@ZeroSum06 I got one VISA card, thru my bank. And all I use it for is grocery shopping. So I don't have to worry that I don't have enough cash handy. With all this Biden Inflation.
Within months of using it, I've been barraged with Discovery card mail. One every week. They are so desperate for me to get their card. And get into debt with them. If I don't bite their apple, will my credit score suffer? Like I care.

@ZeroSum06 I think the system of Credit scores, is really a rating of how gullible citizens are, to allow themselves to be coerced into debt.

@Logan_5 depends on one's level of financial literacy, for example one can leverage the system to gain access to capital which can exponentially increase their net worth through the acquisition of appreciating assets, but not everyone is aware of these machinations

@Logan_5 Madoff ran a straight ponzi scheme, first paid in/first paid out with new money, Milken was about junk bonds which seemed similar but maneuvering thru the workings of the bond world and his reputation, but regular people gain access to capital all the time to do this legally thru business, personal or home loans
