     @jmeowmeow @raganwald Yep :) And while it’ll happily serve you a static site from 1993 (as it should, being a *web* server, after all), the most important aspect is that it will hopefully enable a peer-to-peer web of Small Web places people can use to both be public (should they wish) and be private (actually private), e.g., see https://ar.al/2023/02/20/end-to-end-encrypted-kitten-chat/

     And, eventually, set these places up in ~10 seconds without technical knowledge. (https://codeberg.org/domain/app) :) 💕

     the most important thing is we all have to work together, then we'll be making good use of the small web (I like social web better).

     Looking at Kitten, the stuff @davew has been doing forever, and so much more going on, it feels like there’s a real culture here devoted to empowering the end points.

     Different definitions of what success looks like and how to get there, but fellow travellers with mutual respect and support.
