   My question to those same people though: when every pastor in your area is preaching the same subversive stuff, do you have the same response and start up a home church?

     @FourOh-LLC @SuperLutheran yeah i don't support that law and never claimed to. i was saying that children don't have first amendment rights because parents need to be able to discipline their children for saying inappropriate things at inappropriate times. Ultimately that law you mentioned as well as the above ruling's consequences is an affront to the rights of parents to not have their children brainwashed, which should supercede every other right.

     There is no misunderstanding. In Illinois it is Law that any public library that refuses to stock pornographic literature is going to lose funding.
     
     Your position on this does not matter, it does not wort shit. I am just one parent who is READY to break far more than the Law over this.

     @binkle In Illinois where I live, it is State Law that any Public Library that refuses to stock pornography in the Childen Section to lose funding.
