All rights reserved` added to the top, the no-warranty clause plus the no-adverting clause from the X11 license added to the bottom, except reworded implying incorrectly that there is only one copyright holder even when there's many.
Depending on what Daniel intends "use, copy, modify, and distribute" to mean, that may make the software proprietary (see GNU's note).
I recommend using GNU wget or GNU wget2 instead, as those have been licensed properly.
