   @aral I’m gay. I’ve never voted for anyone above the local level I didn’t have profound reservations about for my own personal well-being and that of everyone like me, but it didn’t stop me from voting to make sure a GOP nightmare didn’t end up winning.

     @godofbiscuits @Azuaron Nope, it’s not. It’s about trying to make people understand the difference between a vote and democracy. If your only two options is six months are to cast a vote for Biden or Trump, cast a vote for Biden. But what can you do in six months to either make Biden stop arming this genocide and alter the status quo? (Not you, specifically, but US citizens who cannot stomach their tax dollars being used to mass murder Palestinian kids in general.)
