   @stroughtonsmith @WarnerCrocker @doctorlaura So, is iOS Pages a Mac app too? Or is there any alternative to MS Word? I use Atlantis WP on Windows. Generally love it. Can make ePub too! And HTML. And some other stuff I'm not interested in. Bought lifetime license.

     @mikecane @stroughtonsmith @WarnerCrocker I don’t know what other people use. I use MS Word, Pages and occasionally LaTeX.

     @doctorlaura @mikecane @stroughtonsmith Depends on what I’m publshing to or what the house standard is for whom I’m working. Word is the choice for lots of places I work, so that’s the standard. I also use Google Docs, Craft, Ulysses and Pages.

     FYI I think the “lifetime license” thing is silly. Who’s lifetime? Yours or the company’s?
