     @sun @tk I kinda fail to see the big problem in the original video. It seems like the best thing which can happen with private equity is failing companies become profitable again. The worst which can happen is failing companies... still failing. The video even points out private equity firms ideally wants the companies they buy out to succeed. Sometimes that just doesn't work out. What are you gonna do if a company just can't return to profitability? You can't just leave them running forever.
