     I did one semester in the US before transferring out. One thing I notice is negro students tend to trade their food stamps (allow someone to use their card) for $$, drugs or alcohol. It was basically a form of currency for negroes.

     @Cough @sapphire @sickburnbro Which is not only illegal, but a Federal crime too (the SNAP/"Food Stamp" program is administered by the United States Department of Agriculture). I've seen local news reports of convenience stores being raided by Federal shock troopers because they ran "food stamps for cash" schemes.
