Because of one a-hole who hates @John they schitt on No Authority. So to recap... They spent years promoting NAS. Invited people to join. Then they decided to distance NAS from the show. Now, they crap on NAS for not being a show site any longer. Are you kidding me? I think most of us LOVE Adam and John. I still do even though I think they're nuts on this issue. It was handled poorly from the start, and now they crap on @eriner?? Why??
Have they been complaining about people not donating more than normal? It seems that way ... I wonder what their numbers are like ... I know Crowder's numbers dropped by 100k~200k views per show after people realized he treats his staff like shit.
I mean there are always limits. In America those limits are just really high (child-corn, immediate, specific and imminent threats of harm) as they should be. And instances can have specific rules about porn/loli/doxing just because the cost of hosting such things is high. A good instance admin applies the same rules equally.
But it seems like we're just talking about basic stuff here: not liking (and/or bitching about) the show. He already knows how to use the block button. If it goes beyond the block button, then you're asking for something else. You're saying, "I don't want to hear this, and I don't want anyone else to hear this."
When you cut out a man's tongue, you don't prove him wrong. You only prove you are afraid of what he has to say.
@truthbait@IceCubeSoup Very few people actually care about freedom of speech. It's a convenient virtue signal until the speech becomes something someone doesn't like, then the true colors show.
I thought it sounded pretty harsh toward @eriner. John wanted someone removed, Eriner said no. John groused about NAS. After everything Eriner has done to try and accommodate the show, and the communitay at large, it seems gratuitous to cast him in a negative light. @IceCubeSoup
