If you saw someone stealing formula, no you didn't.
If you saw someone steal wages, turn them in with all the ferocious documentation your neurodivergent brain can capture.

Of which they would pay for only 7.5….and even then.
This same place had me work 90 hours overtime that I had agreed to only on condition that I got those same hours back in time off, because they refused to pay me for them. They agreed, I did the hours then they reneged on the deal. It took me a year, and in two separate fights bc they’d only grant me 45 hours…which I got, then argued again for the balance promised and owed.

I once had a job interview at such a place, followed by exactly such an evening event. I left when one of the managers complained that the 10 hour work day limit (according to local law) was "encumbering their entrepreneurial freedoms".

@marytzu my last job they had evening events at the place and staff were ‘invited’ to attend…but later I was rebuked for not attending because it turns out they considered it part of my job though completely unpaid to be present (and likely have to work too.)
I refused to go.

Classic example last week: my boss asked for "volunteers" during a meeting for a task I knew nothing about and in my mind he did a poor job explaining it.
Then he tried to guilt trip/ peer peer pressure me for not "volunteering". 🙄
It's like, mate, I don't think that word means what you think it means.
