   @BradRubenstein problem is that the ones they get back are disproportionally karen-tastic and the poor buggers at the coal face get penalised by a low average score.

   It’s a sort of emotional blackmail.

     @iinavpov @BradRubenstein That's not how these things work. "Performance feedbacks" when rated out of 5 mean, "anything less than a 5 is grounds for a disciplinary".

     I mean, they literally told me that on the phone.
