     @aral TBH, I'd rather have Threads over Twitter.

     Luckily the Gab fiasco of 2019 did somewhat prepare for this in that it lead to (user level) domain blocks.

     If anything, I think this will make moderation & safety tools a much bigger priority for fediverse projects, and will make it easy to spot projects who lack the initiative to improve on this.
