Ashwagandha is good for stress relief without any "tranquilizing" calming effect. I use it if I'm a little close to wigging out, but still need to put in a productive day. Chamomile or lavender is good for an evening wind down. Caffeine or nicotine in moderation for sharpening your wit and focusing in on something. @ThePoastmasterGeneral would be your best reference for all things herbal. @lovelymiss has poasted recently about good tinctures. -
