     @arrrg It's the dems fault if they're going to lose, but it's your fault for trying to make sure they lose, because the stakes are so high. Those for whom the result isn't life and death are privileged. It was death for millions the last time Trump won.

     @MakBerberovic that's one way to look at it. i don't see it that way. if i had the ability to sway elections, that would be something.

     fwiw: i'm literally not DOING anything to make dems lose. Also, wouldn't that be an amazing power to have? what i choose to do with my personal life has absolutely no impact on anyone else. i'm not a leader. i'm just one person in his basement.

     the real solution isn't to keep fretting about the next election, that's what they want you to do. a longterm plan to actually break this deeply corrupt 2-party system that would be progress.

     voting for a genocial maniac, i don't see how that helps anyone but his wall street backers.

     @arrrg Discouraging voting, or displaying attitudes against voting, is 'trying to make the dems lose'. Of course this conversation is far bigger than just you or I, but it's composed of people just like you or I.

     But it seems overwhelmingly clear that you don't understand that there won't be another election if the dems lose this one. I had your attitude in 2016 when we could afford to lose because of the Dems' hubris. The Dems didn't learn their lesson from losing to Trump the first time. Don't like genocide? Well you should not like the trans and ukrainian genocides that will happen if the Dems don't win.
